Five recipes for your leftover Easter chocolate

If you happened to have more than one visit from the Easter bunny this year (have a big family and generous friends) you probably having a few chocolate eggs knocking around.

But are leftover Easter eggs even a thing? Has anyone resisted overindulging for almost a full week?! Strong willed students who need a solution to their chocolate egg problems need look no further. So are you ready to get creative with your snacking?

Here’s a list of quick treats you can get cracking on using those leftover eggs.

Chocolate buttermilk pancakes

If you’re still questioning whether it’s acceptable to eat Easter chocolate for breakfast, you can stop now.

Whip up a stack of these chocolate buttermilk pancakes (with homemade salted caramel sauce if you’re feeling confident in the kitchen). And if you still feel guilty, add in one or two of your five a day as a topping!
