Baba Marta Celebration!

Baba Marta  (Баба Марта) is a traditional Bulgarian holiday celebrated on the 1st of March. According to folklore, Grandma Baba Marta (or Grandma March) was always in a bad mood with her two brothers, January and February; I mean who doesn’t get annoyed at those two months? !   But it’s said that when she smiles, the sun comes out and we think it’s a fitting celebration to say goodbye to this Winter!
