Campus Living Villages understand that this is a difficult and stressful time, especially for those experiencing financial hardship. We are committed to trying to support you with any issues you are experiencing in meeting your rental commitments to us.

In order for us to assess how we may be able to help, please complete the form below, and we will explore support options that may be available to you. This may include support made available by Campus Living Villages, and/or signposting to you relevant third parties (e.g. Universities, Student Unions, Local Authorities or Government Guidance).

After completing the form below, we will provide you with an initial update within three (3) business days. We will endeavour to avoid contacting you about paying your rent until we provide you with a response.

If you have not done so already, please be sure to explore any support available to you via your Guarantor/family/friends/guardians/etc. and your University’s Support Services Department.​

    Your Guarantor is liable to pay your rent in the event that you are unable to do so, and should be informed if you are facing financial hardship if it is likely to affect your ability to meet your rental obligations.
    This form is only valid to those suffering financial hardship in relation to their January 2021 rent instalment. Any applications referring to previous rent instalments will not be reviewed and these should be directed to
