Book as a group of three or more for September 2022 and receive £100 cashback each

If you book directly with Campus Living Villages as a group of three or more residing together in a single flat at a Participating Village for the 2022/23 academic year, you may be eligible (see conditions below) to receive £100 cashback each. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Customers who, as a group of three or more, book directly with Campus Living Villages, a 2022/23 room together in a single flat between 17 January 2022 and 31 January 2022 at Fitzroy and Wenlock Courts – Luton, Belgrave View – Birmingham, Albert Court – Liverpool, Rusholme Place – Manchester, Burley Road – Leeds, John Lester and Eddie Colman Courts – Salford, (being the Participating Villages), will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to £100 cashback each.
  2. This offer is subject to availability on a first come first served basis for the first 50 customers per Participating Village who book and check-in in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, check-in will be deemed completed once the steps detailed at paragraph 10 below have been satisfied.
  3. This offer will expire at 11:59pm on 31 January 2022 or when Campus Living Villages confirms via the website the offer is no longer available (whichever occurs earlier).
  4. To be eligible, customers must book as a group of 3 or more, residing together in a single cluster flat by one of the following ways: contacting Campus Living Villages’ Customer Contact Village on +44 (0)161 850 6664, visiting a Campus Living Villages’ reception at a Participating Village and booking directly with a member of Campus Living Village staff, or reserving a room online at:  https://my.campuslivingvillages.co.uk/App/B4675D4F/1/1/Home-Welcome_and entering the promo code LIVEWITHFRIENDS.
  5. Customers must reference the offer at the point of booking by using the promocode LIVEWITHFRIENDS or by mentioning the promotion to a Campus Living Villages Customer Contact member or reception staff member at the time of booking, whichever is applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, the offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
  6. Campus Living Villages reserves the right to end, extend or amend this promotion at any time.
  7. Customers who book as a group through a university will not be eligible for this offer.
  8. Customers will only be eligible for the cashback once: the entire group members’ individual bookings have been appropriately contracted; an active deposit is held on the booking, and any cancellation period has elapsed.
  9. For a booking to be eligible it must be for a minimum of 39 weeks.
  10. A Campus Living Villages customer service advisor will contact all members of the group to discuss availability, requirements, and take any necessary details. Each group member’s individual booking will then be processed, and individual contracts will be sent to each group member. All contracts by all group members must be completed and returned to Campus Living Villages in accordance with directions provided within 7 days from the date the booking was made in order to be eligible for this promotion.
  11. The cashback in the form of a bank transfer will be sent to the eligible customers via email or directly no later than 30 days after they have checked in to the Participating Village and paid their first instalment of rent in full for the September 2022 intake.
  12. A confirmation email will be sent in February 2022 to the email provided as part of the booking process to all participating customers (those who have booked as a group of 3 or more at the participating villages) confirming their eligibility for the cashback and the process for receiving the £100 cashback in September 2022.
  13. Only one group booking offer can be claimed per customer.
  14. This offer is available to existing and new customers.
  15. Existing customers who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2021/2022 tenancies are not eligible.

  17. Subsequent amendments to bookings at a later date may mean the right to any cashback offer is lost. Campus Living Villages reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.

 

Up to 10 days stay free of charge if you need to self-isolate (subject to availability)

  1. If the student (“You”) is travelling from a different country, and needs to self-isolate, Campus Living Villages (“CLV”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) will provide you with up to 10 days free accommodation at our discretion, prior to your contract start date.
  2. Eligibility is subject to your room being unoccupied for the dates required for the 10 days free accommodation.
  3. This promotional offer is open to new customers and returning customers with a 2021/22 booking for 22 weeks or more.
  4. Customers who have reserved a room with us at any of our UK Villages, subject to these Terms and Conditions, will be able to check in to their village, 10 days early, free of charge if they need to self-isolate after arriving from a country on the Government’s identified list as varied from time to time.
  5. Customers must provide evidence prior to arrival that they are due to arrive from a country on the Government’s identified list as varied from time to time, in the form of either a plane ticket or booking itinerary. This should be emailed to contact@campuslivingvillages.co.uk no later than 21 days prior to the contract start date.
  6. The days provided free of charge will end as of the academic contract start date as detailed in the tenancy agreement or licence between you and CLV.
  7. This offer is subject to availability.
  8. This offer cannot be used alongside any other offer.

  10. Customers who are in arrears, or those who are otherwise in breach of their agreement at any time during the contract will be obligated to pay for the early arrival.
  11. Any amendments made to the booking after the offer ends will invalidate this promotional offer.
  12. CLV and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose and will only process personal information of any participant in the offer as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  13. We reserve the right to end, extend or amend this promotion at any time.
  14. We reserve the right to limit this promotion at any stage.
  15. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
